1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your participation in a tour up until 24 hours before the start time of the tour. We will refund you the original amount less a 1.75% cancellation fee. This is equivalent to the fee imposed by the Credit Card processing company for the original booking transaction.
2. Late Cancellation
In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
3. Late Changes
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be accepted.
4. Cut-off Times
Cut-off times are based on the local time in Haugesund.
5. Minimum Participants
The tour requires a minimum number of travelers. If the tour is cancelled due to too few participants, you will be offered a full refund.
6. Maximum Participants
Max number of participants for each tour are 8.
7. Age Recommendation
The tour is quite long (5 hours+) and not recommended for small children age 5 or below.
8. Children
The Norwegian Public Road Authority regulations require that children shorter than 135cm (53.1") must be seated in a car seat / booster seat suitable for the age. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure these regulations are followed. When traveling with a child / children, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance about the length of the child / children so that we can bring suitable car seat(s) / booster seat(s) for the child / children. Failure to inform us min. 48 hours in advance may cause your group to be refused and your booking fee forfeited.
